Wings?

With flight enchant made harder to obtain and or gone, then it would be a good time to explore other means to grant flight at a balance. i want to suggest "Wings" or chest armor that grant flight but offer no or negative stats to them, as flight is and always will be very overpowered in combat, and overwhelmingly convenient outside of combat. If the armor is too much, then i would offer a backup idea of witch wands that allow flight a few times before breaking (you can burn off excess gems with that).

Currently there is the "Magic Wings" Enchantment, it can be applied to only wooden hoes and provides flight when held. Might look into making items that just temporarily give the perm for flight for a set duration in certain worlds and such

The only other form of "Flight" besides the Magic wings enchant now is the Drifter Armor but thats actually levitation so I wouldn't say thats really flight
